The
Washington County Youth Bureau is looking for Washington County
Youth to volunteer their time to be part of a county wide “Green
Team”.
Our Goal: To increase recycling in
Washington County.
What we do: The Green Team will help out with
recycling at community events all over the county and at the county
fair. The Green Team would promote recycling and educate the public
about environmental stewardship and awareness at these events.
Duties and
responsibilities would be developed by the team.
Volunteer hours will be documented and letters of recommendation
will be provided to members who show hard work and dedication.
May be eligible for Presidential Volunteer Service Award after
minimum criteria are met!
